Shipping Policy

USA Shipping Policy

We ship to a valid USA address. All of our products will be shipped from USA. Shipment will be initiated within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Estimated delivery will be in 4-5 business days typically. Holidays/Weekends might affect shipping.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada, Malaysia, Singapore & UK. All of our products will be shipped from USA. Shipment will be initiated within 1-2 business days after receiving the order.  Estimated delivery will be in 5-15 business days typically depending on the shipping options picked by the customer. Holidays/Weekends might affect shipping.

Duties & Taxes

Duties & Taxes has to be paid by the customers upon delivery if applicable.

Return/Refund Policy

Though this product is not eligible for returns, we are committed to your satisfaction. At Traditional Silk House we are able to offer you the best prices because we are getting it directly from weavers and we don't house inventory after the sales end. However, we want you to be delighted. If something doesn’t meet your expectations or something is wrong with the product, we’re committed to doing our best to find a solution.

You should contact us within 24 Hours after the product is delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Ø  Damaged / Defective

Ø  In the same condition that you received it 

Ø  Enclosed in the original packing.

Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to return damaged product, please send us an email at service@traditionalsilkhouse.com requesting the same along with the invoice or proof of purchase. 


Ø  Sender will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs from original purchase are non-refundable.

Ø  Product needs to be shipped back and received by us within 3-5 business days. Return will be processed only after receiving the item in hand after thorough inspection.

Ø  Items should be shipped using a reputed shipping service (including insurance) with tracking number. Please notify us with tracking number as soon as it is available.

Ø  Once we approve the return, we will email you on our procedure to process the replacement.


If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Refund Policy:

Refunds once eligible will be given equivalent store credit.

Note: Our returns and refund policy is the same if you buy from our website or facebook page or from one of our sale events directly.
